If your username and password do not work, here are some ideas to help you get inside:
Try checking the username and password you tried against those in the email you received when you signed up, and try again.
Usernames and passwords are CAsE SEnSItiVE, so check that you've entered them exactly as they appear in your signup email, and try again.
If you change your username and/or password you need to change it in the software as well. In order to do this please start StatsRemote, click on 'Change User' in the login box, enter your old username and password and then your new username and password.
